Moderat are an unlikely but highly rewarding match in Berlin's electronic scene: one third Apparat, two thirds Modeselektor, Moderat fuse the melodic and melancholic pop of the former with the head-on stomping beats of the latter. The results are, well, slightly melancholic but always head-on.
